Gen Send New Orleans is designed to be one of the most, intense and unique student missionary experiences in North America. It immerses young adults into a context where they gain practical knowledge of the realities of missions and leadership for 7 weeks. 

Participants will spend their time learning to live life on mission under the guidance of local practitioners, compassion ministry leaders and church planters in New Orleans. While reinforcing gospel foundations and simple outreach practices, the intention of Gen Send Summer is to be an extension of the local church’s planting and mercy and compassion efforts. Students will not only work with church plants in the city but have strategic involvement with:

• Adoption and Foster Care Ministries

• Human Trafficking

• Community Health Ministry

• Poverty and Homelessness
